摘要
中风是临床上的常见病、多发病、急危病和难治病,居于许多国家医学界公认的人类健康杀手的前三位。由于其致残率、致死率和复发率均较高,因而中风的治疗与康复备受医学界的关注。而针灸作为一种绿色疗法,以其操作方便、经济安全、适应病种多、疗效明显、无毒副作用等特点,为中风的治疗与康复、为人类的健康做出了重大的贡献。笔者对针灸在脑中风的治疗与康复中的作用进行了相关研究,结果表明针灸疗法尤其是头皮多点进针电刺激疗法治疗中风的机理主要是活血化瘀。
Stroke is clinically the commen,frenquently-occurring,acute and serious and refractoriness disease,it is generally accepted in a lot of countries that it is the first three mankind health killer.The disability rate,fatality rate and recurrence rate are higher,so the therapy and rehabilitation of stroke is concerned by medicine.As a ＂green treatment＂,acupuncture have easy operation,economic and security,multiple indications,noticeably effective,side-effect-free and so on characteristics,it makes a significant contribution to the therapy and rehabilitation of stroke and the mankind health.The writer made some studies on the acupuncture＇s effect on the therapy and rehabilitation of stroke.The Results show that the promoting blood circulation is the main mechanism of acupuncture＇s effect on the therapy and rehabilitation of stroke,especially by Multi-point electroacupuncture stimulation of the head.
