高血压患者中医证型及危险因素的相关性研究

Hypertension TCM Syndrome Type and Risk Factors of Relativity Research

目的:探讨原发性高血压(EH)中医证型与其危险因素之间的相关性,为防治高血压的发生和发展提供一些科学的临床依据。方法:分析高血压患者的基本情况、体重指数(BM I)、生活方式、膳食习惯等危险因素的异同,探求其与各中医证型的关系。结果:高血压患者的中医证型分布与性别相关性不明显(P>0.05);各型高血压患者的年龄比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),中医证型与年龄具有显著的相关性;体重指数与高血压之间具有显著的相关性(P<0.05);各种类型中家族史阳性比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压发病的相关危险因素中,年龄、体重指数(BM I)、家族史阳性与中医证型具有显著的相关性。

Objective ： Essential hypertension （EH） TCM syndrome type and risk factors of the correlation between, for the prevention and control of hypertension, occurrence and development to provide some scientific clinical evidence. Methods ： To analyze the basic situation of patients with hypertension, a body mass index （BMI） ,lifestyle, prandial habit risk factors such as the similarities and differences, for its with various TCM syndrome type relationship.
