针对工程设计图档管理系统的特点，从图档关系模型、版本控制、图像压缩和模糊检索等几个关键环节提出了优化的模型方法，节省存储空间和加快智能化检索速度，在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。

In this paper, based on the characters of engineering design drawings and files management system, optimized model methods are in connection with several keys such as the relative model of drawings and files, version controlled, image compressed, fuzzy searching and so on are proposed. The method can save the storage space and quicken the intelligent searching,and it effective in practice.
