A Review of Power Steering Systems Integrated with Active Steering

摘要 转向系统是汽车的关键系统之一,直接影响到汽车操纵稳定性、舒适性和行驶主动安全性。传统动力转向系统只能根据驾驶员的转向操作提供可变助力,未能充分发挥动力转向系统对整车操纵稳定性的改善作用。主动转向控制通过变传动比和转向干预,使汽车获得理想的转向特性,并改善操纵稳定性。介绍了不同动力转向系统实现主动转向功能的研究现状,并对其控制策略和算法进行了总结。 The steering system is the key subsystem of a vehicle, and it directly affects vehicle handling stability, comfort and active safety performance. Traditionally, varied assisting torque is provided by power steering system according to the driver's steering operation, and the improving effect of the power steering system for vehicle han- dling stability cannot be given full play. Through variable ratio and steering intervention control conducted by active steering, ideal steering characteristics is realized and handling stability is improved. A review of different power steering systems integrated with active steering is presented in this paper, and their control strategies and algorithms are summarized. Finally, we draw the conclusion that electric power steering system integrated with the active steering will be the development trend in the future.
