摘要 针对传统的机翼设计流程对于新型复合材料机翼设计的使用局限性,在传统的机翼结构分步设计流程的基础上,结合复合材料积木式验证方法,提出了一套涵括气动计算、结构设计、有限元分析和气动弹性分析的复合材料机翼设计流程,并使用了CFX和ANSYS之间的流体/结构耦合接口完成了机翼气动/结构载荷的传递,以及提出位移逆推载荷的方法进行机翼结构详细设计。依照该设计流程,完成了一个完全满足初始预定设计指标的复合材料大展弦比机翼的设计。 Traditional wing design procedure is not suitable for the composite wings. Therefore, a new composite wing proofing design process was proposed based on the traditional wing structural design procedure and the composite building-block verification method. The design process consists of the wing aerodynamic computation, composite wing structural design, FEM (Finite Element Methods) analysis, and aero-elastic analysis, etc. The fluid-structure cou- pling between softwares CFX and ANSYS were used to perform the aerodynamic/structural load transmission calcula- tion. In the detail design, the structural loads were calculated according to the corresponding deformation based on the initial proofing design. A high aspect ratio composite wing which is designed according to the new design process meets all the design requirements. It shows that the new design process is feasible and available.
