摘要
针对大型复杂产品方案设计过程中存在的灰色信息,进行基元建模并引入灰色系统理论和层次分析法,提出了基于基元的大型复杂产品方案设计多层次灰色关联配置模型。该模型在对设计系统进行层次划分与基元建模的基础上,综合考虑了相关设计因素交叉耦合后对产品设计方案的影响,基于实例的推理实现设计知识重用,并在此基础上实现设计方案的配置。最后,通过大型水轮机方案设计实例验证了方法和模型的有效性和可操作性。
Due to the grey information in the process of large-scale complex mechanism scheme design, design information are described formally by basic element, the grey system theory and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) are introduced into scheme design. The multi-hierarchy grey relational configuration model of large-scale complex mechanism scheme is put forward based on basic element. In this model, the multi-hierarchy decomposition of design scheme is achieved, and the influence of crossover and coupling among correlative design factors is synthetically studied; after that, the knowledge reuse for scheme design configuration is accomplished based on case-based reasoning(CBR). Finally, an example of large-scale hydraulic turbine scheme design is provided to validate and prove its efficiency and feasibility.
