银杏叶提取物片治疗糖尿病血管病变的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Tablets on Diabetic Angiopathy

目的探讨银杏提取物片治疗2型糖尿病血管病变的疗效。方法选取2009年1月～2010年10月期间来本院就诊的156例糖尿病血管病变患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组用吡格列酮治疗,治疗组在吡格列酮片治疗的基础上加用银杏叶提取物片进行治疗,治疗周期均为8周。治疗前后观察临床症状并检测血糖、血脂和血液流变学参数。结果治疗组总有效率(87.2%)显著高于对照组(70.5%)(P<0.05)。治疗组在临床症状以及血糖、血脂和血液流变学参数方面的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论银杏叶提取物片治疗糖尿病血管病变效果良好,值得临床推荐。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Tablets on diabetic angiopathy. Methods 156 diabetics with angiopathy were divided into control group and treatment group who visited our hospital from January 2009 to October 2010. Patients in control group received Pioglitazone Tablets. Patients in treatment group received extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves tablets besides Pioglitazone tablets. The cured duration was 8 weeks. Clinical symptoms were observed after treatment and parameters of blood sugar, blood lipid and hcmarheology were determined before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate （ 87.2% ） of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （ 70.5% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Improvement of clinical symptoms and parameters of blood sugar, blood lipid and hemarheology in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group（ P〈O.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The curative effect of extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves tablets is favorable and worthy to be recommended.
