氟马西尼改善丙泊酚麻醉后认知功能的临床研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨氟马西尼改善丙泊酚麻醉下行胆管手术患者认知功能的效果。方法回顾性分析我院自2007年1月~2009年12月136例行丙泊酚麻醉胆管手术患者的临床资料,随机分为观察组71例,对照组65例。观察组给予静脉推注氟马西尼,对照组仅给予等量的生理盐水;观察两组患者术后认知功能的差异。结果①两组患者自主呼吸恢复时间、轻度唤醒时间、拔管时间方面比较差异不大,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②对照组术后1h、6h、12h的MMSE评分较术前均有明显差异(P<0.05);观察组仅术后1h与术前有明显差异(P<0.05),且其术后1h、6h、12h的MMSE评分较对照组也有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论氟马西尼可明显降低丙泊酚麻醉后认知功能障碍的程度,且可缩短认知功能恢复时间。 Objective To explore fluorine marcie tabor phenolic anesthesia downlink bile duct surgery cognitive function in patients with effect. Results ① The two groups were spontaneous breathing recovery time, mild sensei time, deeannulation time aspects quite significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ), no statistical significance. ② Control 12h MMSE 6h, postoperative l h, scoring a preoperative were significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ). The observation group only postoperative l h with preoperative have obvious difference (P 〈 0.05 ), and the postoperative lh 6h, 12hMMSE a result, the group also has the obvious difference ( P 〈0.05 ) .Conclusion Fluorine marcie nehemiah can obviously reduce c tabor phenolic after anesthesia cognitive dysfunction degree, and can shorten the cognitive function recovery time.
