摘要 目的调查芜湖地区妇女宫颈HPV感染情况,评价TCT联合HPV分型测试对宫颈病变筛查的效力。方法对2009年11月~2010年5月在弋矶山医院门诊体检的823名女性,进行HPV、TCT、电子阴道镜及宫颈组织病理诊断,分析HPV感染率及评价HPV联合TCT在宫颈病变筛查中的意义。结果 823例妇女共检出HPV感染者253人(包含60例混合感染),感染率为30.74%,从高到低分别为HPV16、52、68型。病理诊断出慢性炎症92例,CINⅠ6例,CINⅡ~CINⅢ47例,宫颈浸润癌22例。结论芜湖地区妇女宫颈HPV感染以HPV16、52、68型为主,以35~40岁及45岁以后年龄段为感染高峰;HPV分型联合TCT检测可提高宫颈病变的诊断率。 Objective To screen the infection status of human papilloma virus ( HPV ) of women in Wuhu Area; To evaluate the effectiveness of the combination of Thinprep cytologic test ( TCT ) and the classification of human papilloma virus for screening of cervical lesions. Methods 823 women who atending our hospital and medical center from November 2009 to May 2010 were diagnosed by HPV genotyping and TCT. The effectiveness of the combination of TCT and the classification of human papilloma virus for screening of cervical lesions were evaluated by the histopathological diagnosis as the gold standard. Results HPV infections were detected in 253 ( including 60 cases of mixed infections ) in 823 women. Infection rate was 30.74%. HPV 16 was the most common type and the second were HPV 52 type and HPV 68 type. 167 patients underwent colposcopic biopsy and the pathological diagnosis was that normal or inflammation in 92 patients, CIN I 6 cases, CIN Ⅱ - CIN Ⅲ[ 47 cases and invasive cervical cancer 22 cases. Conclusion Cervical HPV infection in Wuhu women is mainly HPV 16, 52, 68 type. HPV typing testing combined TCT can improve the diagnosis of cervical precancerous lesions.
