摘要
目的:探讨社区卒中单元的建立对提高脑卒中患者社区家庭康复护理效果的影响。方法:将101例患者随机分为两组,干预组51例,患者自愿签订知情同意书并有家庭支持条件,利用社区卒中单元对患者进行护理干预;对照组50例,对患者进行普通社区家庭护理。采用国际通用的ADL量表对两组患者的运动功能和生活、自理能力进行评价。采用调查问卷的形式了解两组患者护理干预前后的ADL评分。结果:两组患者护理干预前后的ADL评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:社区卒中单元的建立可有效改善脑卒中患者的肢体功能,充分促进其恢复自理能力、提高生存质量。
Objective： To explore the impact of the establishment of stroke unit in community on the improvement of effectiveness of family rehabilitation nursing care of patients with stroke.Methods： 101 patients were randomly divided into intervention group（n=51） and control group（n=50）.In the intervention group,the nursing intervention was conducted in the stroke unit of community under the patient＇s agreement and when they voluntarily signed the informed consent as well as they had family support conditions;the general community family nursing care was given to the patients in the control group.ADL scale adopted internationally was used to assess the motor function,daily life and self-care ability of the patients in the two groups.Questionnaire survey was conducted to learn about the ADL scores before and after the nursing intervention in the two groups.Results： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of ADL scores between the two groups before and after the nursing intervention（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： The establishment of stroke unit in community can improve the limb function of stroke patients and fully promote the restoration of their self-care ability and quality of life as well.
