综合护理干预对颈椎病患者生活质量及医疗费用的影响

Impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life and medical expenses of patients with cervical spondylosis

目的:探讨综合护理干预对颈椎病患者生活质量及医疗费用的影响。方法:将260例颈椎病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各130例,观察组进行常规护理、健康教育及渐进性功能锻炼,对照组仅采取常规护理、健康教育、常规康复锻炼。分别在干预前、干预1年末比较两组患者SAS、SDS评分、生活质量、医疗费用。结果:两组患者干预前生活质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预前后及两组干预后SAS、SDS评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者住院1年后医疗总费用和平均费用比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可提高患者的生活质量,减少医疗费用。

Objective： To discuss the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life and medical expenses of patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods： 260 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group（130 cases for each group）.The routine nursing care,conventional health education and progressive functional exercise were provided for the patients in the observation group;the patients in the control group only received the conventional rehabilitation exercises besides routine nursing care and health education.The SAS and SDS scores,the patients＇ quality of life and medical expenses were respectively compared between the two groups before the intervention and at the end of a year after the intervention.Results： The comparison of the patients＇ quality of life between the two groups was not significantly different before the intervention（P〈0.05）;the comparison was significantly different after the intervention（P〉0.05）;the differences in the comparison of SAS and SDS scores were statistically significant in the observation group before and after the intervention and between the two groups after the intervention（P〈0.05）;the differences in the comparison of the total and average medical expenses were statistically significant between the two groups after hospitalization for one year（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce medical expenses.
