摘要
该文在分析电子政务绩效评价方法的基础上,构建了一个电子政务绩效评价体系,且设计了一个基于神经网络的电子政务绩效评价模型,为评价电子政务的绩效水平提供了一种新的方法。
In the thesis,beginning with an analysis of methods of performance evaluation of E-government,performance evaluation system of its is built up.And then model applying neural network to evaluate the performance of E-government is designed,which offers a new method for evaluating the performance of E-government.
