Base64 Coding,a commonly used code to convey 8Bit codes,was applied to the transmission encrypt with its advantage of occupying smaller space.Now Base64 is widely applied to the Internet data transmission.VDHL,as a hardware descriptive language,is used in fields as insertion system and single-chip computer.The essay introduces the encoding principles and methods of Base64,then how VHDL is involved in realizing the encoding of Base64,and the result of such encoding could be used in the terminal of Internet of Things equipement.
