摘要
现代通信技术的不断进步,通信系统向着大容量、广覆盖、数据化、智能化及多媒体化的方向发展,通信业务的多元化,移动用户的话费、数据类欠费风险日益突出。本文利用INGW系统通过建模计算设计,在BOSS系统基础上利用网络建设的详细方案设计来实现扣费功能、业务管理功能和通信控制功能。
Modern Communication Technology＇s unceasing progress,the communications system turns toward large capacity,the broad cover,the digitization,the intellectualization and the multimedia directions develops,communication service＇s multiplication,mobile subscriber＇s phone bill,the data class money owed risk is day by day prominent.This article uses the INGW system through the modelling computation design,realizes the buckle in the BOSS system foundation using the network construction＇s detailed project design to spend the function,the business management function and the correspondence control function.
