Dynamic simulation of Songhua River flooding range based on GIS and neural network

摘要 以松花江哈尔滨段为研究区域,依托GIS技术平台,结合神经网络中BP算法与水流扩散的基本原理,较精细地模拟出小区域范围的洪水淹没过程、不同降水量下洪水水位及淹没范围的实时变化。研究结果表明将BP神经网络与GIS技术相结合,能较好地实现洪水水位的实时动态监测,有较好的实用性和有效性。 This article take the part of Songhua River in Harbin City as example depended on the GIS technology platform,based on the union neural network the BP algorithm and the fluent proliferation's basic principle,the flood submergence process of the small area is eliminated and the flood the real-time change water level and submergence area is obtained.The results show that this model is very practical and useful.
