摘要 在已有200kg/炉次熔炼的技术、工艺及装备基础之上,进一步改进了熔炼工艺,设计制造了料层较薄、各处传热均匀的、可避免高温溶液冲刷模具表面的急冷模具,保证铸锭表面与心部组织成分均匀:采用惰性气体保护下的密闭式机械制粉工艺及装置,为电池生产厂家提供组织成分均一、含氧量低、粉末粒度可控制、性能稳定可靠的贮氢电极合金粉末。合金粉氧含量<0.15%(质量百分数)。贮氢合金电极放电容量≥300mAh/g,循环寿命在500次。合金批量生产100kg/炉次~200kg/炉次,并完成了产业化技术辐射。 The melt technology of hydrogen storage alloy were further improved based on the existing melt technology and equipment up to 200 kg per stove. The rapid water cooling mould with thin alloy lamella and homogeneous diathermancy was designed and manufactured. Its surface can avoid being scoured by melt and it can ensure the structure and ingredient of alloy to be homogeneous. The technology and device of airtight mechanical pulverization was protected by inert gas and was used to provide hydrogen storage alloy powder for Ni MH battery manufactures. The powder had the homogeneous ingredient, low oxygen content and stable electrochemical properties,and its sizes could be adjusted and controlled. The oxygen content in the alloy powder was under 0.15% (mass percentage) as well as the capacity and cycle life of the alloy electrode was above 300 mAh/g and 500 times respectively.The batch yield of hydrogen storage alloy is up to 100 kg~200 kg per stove,and the industrialization technical radialization of hydrogen storage alloy was completed.
