中国专利数据检索策略研究

The research on refining China's patent search terms

随着我国专利研究的不断深入,基于中国专利数据库的检索策略研究愈来愈成为众多专利研究所不可规避的重要问题,专利检索策略的好坏成为直接影响专利分析结果的重要条件之一。为提升我国专利研究的水平,增强专利数据源的可信度,针对中国专利检索策略的一般思路,引入词频分析与比较分析的方法,综合运用定量分析与定性分析的手段,通过不断地反馈与修正,设计了一套能够充分结合专家智慧与专利检索实情的适用于专利研究人员的中国专利检索策略方法。同时,在"电动汽车"领域展开的实证分析也证实了该方法的有效性,能够为我国专利研究的进一步发展提供借鉴与支持。

With the development of China＇s patent research,researchers should pay more attention on the search strategies of China＇s patent,which has a direct influence on the results of patent analysis.To level up China＇s patent research and improve the reliability of patent data source,this paper introduces terms frequency analysis,comparative analysis and other bibliometric analysis tools to refine China＇s patent search terms,which combines both qualitative and quantitative methodologies together.According to continual feedback and modification with expert knowledge and patent search reality,it provides a useful China＇s patent search strategy for patent researchers.Moreover,an empirical study of electric vehicle field proves its applicability and effectiveness.
