企业专利能力影响因素实证研究

An empircal analysis on influence factors of enterprise's patent capability

从内、外部影响因素入手,构建了企业专利能力影响因素模型,并运用结构方程模型通过对宁波、杭州的问卷调查进行了验证。企业专利能力内部影响因素包括企业人力资源配置水平、企业家素质、企业规模、企业创新能力和企业学习能力五个方面;企业专利能力外部影响因素包括区域经济增长、专利制度和政策促进和知识产权文化塑造。其中,外部因素通过内部因素对企业专利能力发生作用。

The author derives the constructive model of the enterprise＇s patent capability from the layers of capability and knowledgment.The author also constructs the inner and outer influencing factors model and verify it in questionnaire of Ningbo and Hangzhou by using the SEM.The inner factors of the enterprise＇s patent capability include the arrangement of the human resources,the accomplishment of the entrepreneur,the size of the enterprise,the enterprise＇s capability of innovation.While the outer factors are the development of local economy,the patent system and policy and the culture of intellectual property.The outer factors influence the enterprises＇ patent capability through the inner factors.
