技术壁垒对我国企业科技资源配置的影响

后经济危机时代,各国贸易保护主义抬头,我国企业科技资源配置效果受到来自各方技术壁垒的新挑战。对比分析技术壁垒对企业科技资源配置同时具有正、负双向影响的作用机制,运用计量统计相关方法,验证技术壁垒、出口贸易、企业科技进步具有高度相关关系,技术壁垒虽然会暂时性阻碍我国企业产品的对外出口,但长期能够带动企业技术进步;研究表明,在不断演变的宏观贸易新形势下,企业应合理配置科技资源,不断加强自主创新能力,迅速占领全球技术高端,促使科技、贸易、经济形成良好循环发展关系,为我国进入世界强国行列奠定坚实的基础。

In the post economic crisis era,trade protectionism emerges frequently,so technology resources of China＇s enterprises are facing new challenges caused by technical barriers from all over the world.Through comparative analysis,technical barriers have positive and negative two-sided effects on technology resources allocation of enterprise.Be validated by using statistical methods,technical barriers,export trade,science and technology development of enterprises are in high correlation and technical barriers may temporarily hinder the export trade,but that will bring about technological progress in the long-term.Studies have shown,with the new macro-trade situation,allocation of enterprise-oriented technology resources must enhance self-innovation and occupy global high-end technology to develop good circular relations among technology,trade and economy to lay a solid foundation for making China enter the ranks of world powers.
