胃癌术后早期并发重症急性胰腺炎一例
摘要
患者，男，67岁，主因“阵发性中上腹疼痛1周”入院。查体：全身浅表淋巴结未及肿大。腹平软，无压痛、反跳痛，肝、脾肋下未触及，Murphy’S征阴性，叩诊鼓音，无移动性浊音，肠鸣音4次／min。直肠指诊无异常。
