以肠梗阻为主要表现的肠血管发育异常一例
摘要
患者女，49岁。因“脐周胀痛伴恶心呕吐12h”于2010年11月4日入院。患者长期有便秘史，自服各种通便药物未见缓解。今年9月份曾发作肠梗阻1次，对症处理后缓解。入院查体：腹部稍膨隆，未见胃肠型，腹壁紧，脐周压痛明显，伴反跳痛，可及扩张肠管，移动性浊音阴性，肠鸣音弱。
