摘要
根据电力系统的三种运行状态，对配电系统正常状态下的正常运行和预防性控制紧急状态下的紧急控制和恢复状态下的恢复控制进行了分析。其中，就当代配电系统自动化在配电系统正常运行和安全控制中的若干特点，诸如与输电系统的不同、“多岛自动化”走向系统集成、基于不感觉停电的负荷管理、电力市场和电力电子技术的影响、故障测距、投诉热线处理等问题进行了讨论。
The normal operation and preventive control, emergency control, and restoration control corresponding to the normal, emergency and restoration states of distribution system respectively are analyzed in this paper. Among them the features of modern distribution system automation in normal operation and security control of distribution system such as the difference with transmission system, system integration from “Islands Automation”, load management based on no noticeable power cut, the effects caused by electricity market and power electronics, fault locator, trouble call, etc., are discussed.
