摘要
文章介绍了一种基于客户／服务器的用电营业系统。该系统以ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳＮＴ４．０为平台，采用Ｃｌｉｅｎｔ／Ｓｅｒｖｅｒ网络结构，在服务器端由数据库服务器——Ｓｙｂａｓｅ统一管理数据库，并利用ＰｏｗｅｒＢｕｉｌｄｅｒ５．０／６．０开发客户端应用程序。
Using Windows NT as the platform, an electical business system based on client/server is presented in this paper. In this system the databases are managed by Sybase database server, and the application programs of the client are developed by Power Builder 5.0/6.0.
