变频器在双金属锯带生产线的应用

Application of Inverter to Bi metal Strip Production line

介绍了双金属锯带生产线调速系统的要求。结合双金属锯带生产线的生产工艺特点，提出用三菱变频器和 Ｐ Ｉ调节器组成的闭环变频调速系统来控制生产线的生产工艺，并对调速系统的工作原理进行了详细说明，实测结果证明，本调速系统较好地满足了生产线的工艺要求。

Some requirements for bi metal saw strip production line are introduced in this paper.According to technological character of production line for bi metal saw strip,a closed VVVF system consists of Mitsubish inverter and PI regulator is proposed for controlling production process and its operation principle is detailed.Application results show this system meets the requirements for production process.
