摘要
在电力市场下,长期优化运行计及年电量约束时,不同时段间系统状态不相互独立,这导致常用的随机生产模拟方法无法应用。为此研究了计及可靠性及年电量约束时长期运行计划问题的模型和算法。引入了可靠性约束来计及发电系统可靠性,建立了问题的非线性网络流模型,并将一种新的非线性网络流法与分支定界法相结合,成功地求解了该问题。实践证明,所提出的模型和算法更符合实际系统。
When energy constraints are considered, system states are not independent of each other, so Baleriaux methodology can't be used in long term operations plan of power system. This paper proposes a new methodology to solve this problem. Reliability index is introduced, and nonlinear network flow model of sub-problem is constructed. A new nonlinear network flow algorithm and branch and bound algorithm are applied to solve the nonlinear and discontinuous mixed integer program problem. A case study shows that the proposed methodology is suitable for practical power systems.
