摘要 目的探讨受体型蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶O(PTPRO)在肝癌组织及其癌旁组织中的表达和临床意义。方法采用免疫组化二步法检测74例原发性肝癌组织及其相应的72例癌旁组织中PTPRO蛋白的表达情况,分析两者表达程度之间的差异及其与临床病理参数和预后的关系。结果 PTPRO蛋白在肝癌组织及其癌旁组织中均有表达,其高表达率分别为24.3%和44.4%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PTPRO的表达程度与肝硬化明显相关(P<0.05),与性别、年龄、肿瘤分化程度、HBsAg阳性、AFP、癌周包膜、门脉癌栓及肿瘤大小等因素无关(P>0.05);单因素及多因素分析均未显示PTPRO与肝癌预后相关(P>0.05)。结论 PTPRO在原发性肝癌组织中表达降低提示其在肝癌的发生、发展过程中可能起重要作用。 Objective To detect the expression of PTPRO in primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC) and pericarcinomatous tissues and determine its clinical significance.Methods The expression of PTPRO protein were examined by immunohistochemistry in PHC and pericarcinomatous tissues.SPSS 16.0 statistical software was used to analyze the relationship between expression of PTPRO and clinical parameters.Results Eighteen of 74 HCC tissues(24.3%) and 32 of 72 tissues(44.4%) were overexpressed(P0.05).The level of the expression of PTPRO was correlated with hepatic cirrhosis(P0.05),while it didn't correlate to age,gender,tumor differentiation,HBsAg,AFP,tumor capsule,portal embolism,recurrence and metastasis.Multivariate analysis showed that the expression of PTPRO was not an independent prognostic factor(P0.05).Conclusion The expression of PTPRO was low in the PHC tissues.This result shows a possibility that the PTPRO expression may play an important role in the development and progression of PHC.
