胰高血糖素样肽在重症患者血糖控制中的作用

摘要
ICU中的重症患者常合并应激性高血糖,血糖显著升高是危重症患者死亡的独立危险因素,重症患者中合并应激性高血糖的患者甚至较既往有糖尿病史的患者有更高的死亡率[1]。最近10年来,应用外源性胰岛素强化控制血糖显著降低了外科重症患者的术后感染率和多脏器功能障碍的发生率[2-3]。但是,也有越来越多的研究显示强化胰岛素治疗过程中低血糖事件的发生率显著增加而影响患者预后[4-5]。
