全基因组单核苷酸多态性与强直性脊柱炎遗传易感性的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 强直性脊柱炎（AS）是一种常见的具有高度遗传性的关节炎性疾病，其发病机制目前尚不明确，迄今仍无有效的治疗措施；所以，探寻AS的发病机制，寻找易感基因，为其早期诊断与个体化治疗提供理论基础与治疗靶标仍是目前该研究领域的热点与焦点。大量研究资料表明，AS在欧洲白种人群中的发病率约为0．5％，在中国人群中的发病率约为0．3％，而在非洲黑人中几乎不发病；同时单卵双生研究表明，AS几乎完全是由遗传决定的，遗传度〉90％。
