自然头位下正常人群舌骨位置的X线头影测量研究 被引量:1

Cephalometric study on hyoid position in natural head position in normal occlusion people

摘要 目的:对广东省籍正常人群自然头位下舌骨的位置进行测量及性别对比研究。方法:以40例(男20例,女20例)广东籍正常人群为研究对象,在自然头位下拍摄其头颅定位侧位片,采用计算机辅助X线头影测量技术,对所拍摄的头颅定位侧位片进行测量。结果:舌骨到颈椎各标志点、颅骨各标志点的距离,舌骨到下颌升支平面、前颅底平面、腭平面的距离男性明显大于女性(P<0.05);除下颌升支平面外,舌骨到上述各点及平面的距离与鼻根点到蝶鞍点的距离(SN)的比值男性明显大于女性(P<0.05);舌骨到下颌平面的距离、舌骨与下颌骨联合的关系、舌骨与鼻根点的水平关系及舌骨的角度男女间一致(P>0.05)。结论:舌骨的位置男性较女性更靠前下方。 Objective To meature the hyoid position in natural head position in normal occlusion people from guangdong province and investigate the sex variations. Methods 40 youthful persons (20 males and 20 females) from Guangdong province with normal occlusion were chosen.Lateral cephalograms of the subjects were taken respectively with a roentgenographic cephalometer.40 cephalometric films were taken at the natural head positon.Landmarks on cephalometric radiographs were digitised and measurements were made using a computer programme. Results The linear distances between the hyoid bone and the cervical spine points,cranial points,perpendicular measurements between the hyoid bone and the ramus line,sella-nasion line,palatal line were greater in males than in females (P〈0.05). The rates between all these distances and SN (the distance between sella and nasion) were greater in males than in females excluding H-RL/SN(P〈0.05).Perpendicular measurement between the hyoid bone and the mandibular plane, the relationship between the hyoid bone and the mandibular symphysis, the horizontal relation of the hyoid bone to the nasion and the axial position of the hyoid bone in relation to the other craniofacial planes were identical between the sexes(P〉0.05). Conclusion Hyoid bone position was lower and more anterior in males.
