浓替硝唑含嗽液治疗糖尿病患者慢性牙周炎临床疗效观察

Clinical investigation on effects of concentrated tinidazole gargles in 74 diabetic patients with periodontitis

目的:观察浓替硝唑含嗽液对糖尿病患者慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:74例2型糖尿病并发慢性牙周炎患者随机分为2组,对照组(n=36)采用基础治疗,实验组(n=38)在基础治疗基础上加浓替硝唑含嗽液治疗,疗程2周。观察治疗前后患者牙周指标的变化。结果:两组患者治疗前菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周探针深度(PD)、附着水平丧失(AL)、牙齿松动度(TM)均无明显差异(P>0.05)。对照组治疗前后比较,PLI、PD、AL、TM均无统计学上显著差异。实验组治疗后PD、AL、TM与治疗前相比,差异显著(P<0.01)。实验组干预治疗后与对照组比较,PD、AL、TM亦有统计学上显著意义差异(P<0.01),不良反应发生率与对照组相似。结论:浓替硝唑含嗽液可以明显改善糖尿病患者牙周基础治疗后的疗效,不良反应发生率低于口服和注射给药。

Objective To investigate clinical efficiency and safety of concentrated tinidazole gargles in diabetic patients with periodontitis. Methods 74 diabetic patients with periodontitis were selected and divided into experimental group（n= 38） and control group randomly. Experimental group were treated with concentrated tinidazole gargles besides conventional oral treatment for two weeks,while control group received conventional oral treatment only.The changes of periodontal indexes such as plaque index（PLI）, teeth probing depth（PD）,attaching Ioss（AL）,and teeth mobility（TM） were observed before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, the PLI,PD,AL and TM values in two groups showed no difference. After treatment, the PLI,PD,AL and TM values in experimental group significantly improved compared with baseline （P〈0.01）, they also show significant difference compared with control group （P〈0.01）,white with similar safety. Conclusion Concentrated tinidazole gargles might be an effective and safe way in the prevention of periodontitis in diabetic patients.
