摘要
采用铸渗工艺在ZG30Cr钢表面获得WC颗粒与高铬铸铁的铸渗层,通过改变高铬铸铁颗粒度,测定铸渗层厚度,铸渗层至基体区硬度及能谱线扫描,研究铸渗层组织及性能。结果表明,Cr-Fe颗粒度为100目,4%的硼砂作熔剂,4%的酚醛树脂作粘结剂,涂敷层厚度为4 mm的铸型,浇注温度控制在1 600℃左右的条件下,铸渗层组织致密,无气孔、夹渣等缺陷,表面最大硬度可达700 HV,铸渗层厚度为7~8 mm。
The cast-infiltrated layer with WC and high-Cr iron particles on the surface of ZG30Cr casting can be achieved by cast-in-place process.By changing the coating thickness,the microstructures and properties of WC reinforced high Chromium iron cast-infiltrated layer was study in this paper.The results show that using 100 mesh high Cr iron particle,pouring temperature of 1 600 ℃,4% phenolic resin as binder and 4% borax as flux added,coating thickness is 4mm,the cast-infiltrated layer are dense,without pores,slag and other defects.And 7~8 mm thick cast-infiltrated layer with metallurgical bonded substrate can be obtained in good quality and its maximum surface hardness is nearly 700 Hv.
