水冷工艺生产巨型扁钢锭的模拟研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文提出采用水冷工艺生产巨型扁钢锭,对水冷生产80t巨型扁钢锭(尺寸为4 200 mm×1 100 mm×2 600 mm)的浇注、凝固行为进行模拟,并与空冷条件的凝固进行对比,讨论了水冷工艺生产巨型扁钢锭可能存在的缺陷及解决办法。研究表明,巨型钢锭浇注完成时,凝固区主要集中在钢锭下部、边部和角部;水冷厚度为1100mm巨型扁钢锭凝固时间为空冷的四分之一,内部质量可以显著改善;水冷工艺有利于改善钢锭组织结构,减少偏析。 In this paper,a special method of water cooling has been presented and applied to a designed 80 t ingot(4 200 mm×1 100 mm×2 600 mm).The casting and solidifying behavior have been simulated.The solidifying are compared in water cooling and air cooling.Mathematical simulation results tell us that by water cooling,solidified area is at lower edge and corner of the ingot,and the solidification time of the 1 100 mm rectangular ingot is only 1/4 compare with air cooling,internal soundness can be ensured also.The water cooling process can obviously improve microstructure.
