摘要
日益严峻的招生难和就业难的高压态势迫使高职院校不断革新人才培养模式。工学结合的人才培养模式应运而生。但这种培养模式给高职文秘专业的思政工作带来了全新的问题与挑战。怎样改进和优化思政工作以适应和促进工学结合的培养模式,值得深入思考和探析。
The talent cultivation mode of combining learning with working in higher vocational schools is a new teaching mode which presents a big challenge for ideological and political work on secretary majors.How to do this work well is worth investigating.
