浅析高校辅导员的“角色观”和“方法论”

On the "Role Perspective" and "Methodology" of University Class Supervisors

随着人类进入信息社会和社会转型时期的各种压力，大学班级是当代高校辅导员应对90后大学生自我挑战的一种全新管理模式。高校辅导员的班级管理中可引入“角色观”和“方法论”理念，从新的视角积极引导大学生实现自我管理，以便加强大学生思想政治教育工作的实效性，促进大学生健康全面的发展。

In face of various pressures encountered when mankind enter the information society and the social transition period, the university class has become a brand--new management mode for the present university class supervisors to deal with the self--challenges to cope with the students born after 1990. University class supervisors can introduce the concepts of role ＂perspective＂ and ＂methodology＂ into class management, and guide positively the university students to realize self -- management from a new perspective so as to strengthen the effectiveness of the ideological education of the students, and promote their healthy and overall development.
