专项职业能力培训考核的现状、问题及对策研究——以江西省为例

摘要 专项职业能力是指最小可就业技能单元。本文通过实地调研,分析了江西省专项职业能力培训考核的现状、问题,提出了改善和加强该项工作的建议,以期加强农村转移劳动力和城镇下岗失业人员的就业及创业能力。 Specialized vocational aptitude is referred to as the minimal unit of employment skills. Through the field survey and research, the paper analyzes the status quo and problems of Jiangxi provincial specialized vocational aptitude training and evaluation. Besides, it puts forward some suggestions which could be used for improving and strengthening the related work, in an attempt to enhance the employment and start--undertaking ability of the rural transferted labor force and the urban laid--off.
