麻醉医师对洁净手术室管理依从性的调查分析

Compliance of anesthetist to management in clearing operating room:investigation and analysis

目的了解麻醉医师对洁净手术室基本知识的认知与依从性以及影响其行为的相关因素,提出管理对策,提高麻醉医师对洁净手术室管理的依从性。方法采用自制问卷,对49名麻醉医师进行洁净手术室基本知识、依从性及影响因素调查。结果 49.0%的被调查者不知道洁净手术室的概念,65.3%的被调查者不知道不同等级洁净手术室的自净时间,28.6%的被调查者不知道洁净手术室的环境管理,63.3%的被调查者不知道洁净手术室的区域划分等。结论麻醉医师对洁净手术室的基本知识的认知率较低,导致在临床实践工作中的依从性较差;管理者应重视加强麻醉医师在这方面的知识培训,提高麻醉医师对洁净手术室人员和环境管理的认识,从而提高麻醉医师对洁净手术室的依从性。

OBJECTIVE To improve the compliance of anesthetist in clearing operating room and propose management measures operating room.METHODS A total of 49 anesthetist were investigated in the basic knowledge,compliance to the clearing operating room and factors affecting their behaviors by the self-designed questionnaire.RESULTS 49% of respondents did not know the concept in clearing operating room,65.3% did not know self-clearing time of different ranks clearing operating room,28.6% did not know the environmental Management of clearing operating room,63.3% did not know the regional division of clearing operating room.CONCLUSIONS Because of the low recognition rate to the basic knowledge of clearing operating room,the anesthetists have a poor compliance in clinical practice.the managers should pay attention to strengthen the knowledge training of the anesthetist and deepen the understanding of personnel management and environmental management,thereby enhancing the compliance in cleaning operating room by anesthetist.
