综合干预对基层医院保洁质量的影响

Influence of comprehensive intervention on cleaning quality of primary hospitals

目的探讨综合干预措施对基层医院保洁质量的影响,以提高环境卫生学监测合格率,降低医院感染风险。方法制定对保洁员的综合干预措施,采样监测清洁、消毒效果关键指标,并对干预前后的采样监测结果进行统计评价。结果物体表面合格率由干预前的93.83%提高至干预后的97.50%,差异有统计学意义(2χ=8.63,P<0.01);室内空气合格率由干预前的83.15%提高至干预后的93.70%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.84,P<0.01);保洁员手合格率由干预前的60.11%提高至干预后的93.17%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=111.32,P<0.01);综合干预前后差异有统计学意义。结论采取综合干预措施能够提高基层医院的保洁质量,降低医院感染的风险。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of comprehensive intervention on cleaning quality of primary hospitals,so it can help to raise the qualified rate of the environment hygiene and reduce the risk of hospital infection.METHODS Comprehensive intervention measures were made for the cleaning staff.The key index of cleaning and sterilization effect was monitored by the means of sampling.Then,statistical evaluation of the monitoring results before and after the intervention was performed.RESULTS The qualified rate of object surface has went up to 97.5% from 93.83% after the intervention action is taken（χ2=8.63,P〈0.01）;the qualified rate of indoor air also rose from 81.15% to 93.70% as a result of intervention（χ2=24.84,P〈0.01）;the qualified rate of cleaners′ hands rose from 60.11% to 93.17% due to the intervention（χ2=111.32,P〈0.01）.The differences before and after comprehensive intervention were statistically significant.CONCLUSION The comprehensive intervention action can not only improve the cleaning quality of primary hospitals but also reduce the risk of hospital infecion.
