工勤人员医院感染认知调查分析及对策

Workers and service personnel's awareness of nosocomial infection and countermeasures

目的了解医院工勤人员对医院感染知识的认知及自我防护能力。方法采用自行设计的问卷表和面谈相结合方式对医院98名工勤人员进行调查。结果 98名工勤人员学历以初中居多,占47.9%,工作年限以3-5年居多,占44.9%;工勤人员医院感染知识知晓率仅为34.7%,普遍存在知识缺乏,队伍不稳定,无自身防护能力,对从事的职业危害性认识不足,未定期培训及保障设施差等。结论医院感染管理者要转变观念,提高自身素质,加强工勤人员的医院感染知识的培训,提高工勤人员的防护意识,掌握正确的洗手方法,定期监测,使工勤人员在控制医院感染工作中发挥积极的作用。

OBJECTIVE To find out understanding of the knowledge of hospital infection and self-protection capabilities of hospital workers and service personnel.METHODS The investigation of 98 hospital workers and service personnel was carried out by a self-designed questionnaires and conversation.RESULTS Workers and service personnel were widespread lack of knowledge of hospital infection and self-protection capability,34.7% of them knowing the knowledge,the team being instable,without the knowledge of the occupational hazards involved,regular training and support facilities being not enough.CONCLUSION The controllers of hospital infection must change the idea,improve their own quality,strengthen training of knowledge of hospital infection for workers and service personnel,raise protection awareness of workers and service personnel,master the correct method of hand-washing,monitor regularly,so that workers and service personnel can play an active role in the control of hospital infection.
