104株金黄色葡萄球菌耐药性分析 被引量:28

Drug resistance of 104 strains of staphylococcus aureus

摘要 目的探讨金黄色葡萄球菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药性,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供依据。方法对各类感染标本分离的104株金黄色葡萄球菌,采用纸片扩散法进行药敏试验。结果 104株金黄色葡萄球菌主要来自痰液,占68.3%,其次是伤口分泌物标本,占18.3%;104株金黄色葡萄球菌中,检出耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)73株,检出率为70.2%,甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)31株,检出率为29.8%;MRSA和MSSA对万古霉素的敏感率均为100.0%;MRSA对临床常用抗菌药物具有多药耐药性,MRSA对青霉素、苯唑西林、氨苄西林均100.0%耐药,对环丙沙星、红霉素、庆大霉素、四环素、磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶、利福平的耐药率分别为83.6%、84.9%、86.3%、97.3%、20.5%和47.9%;MSSA对青霉素、氨苄西林、红霉素、庆大霉素、克林霉素的耐药率分别为96.8%、87.2%、67.7%、35.5%、38.7%。结论临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌对常用抗菌药物多药耐药,尤其是MRSA感染的耐药更为严重,应根据分离株耐药特点选用不同的治疗方案。 OBJECTIVE To explore the drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus to commonly used antimicrobial agents and offer data for reasonable antimicrobial agents in clinic.METHODS One hundred four strains of Staphylococcus aureus were analyzed antimicrobial susceptibility test with the disk diffusion procedure.RESULTS Of 104 strains of S.aureus,68.3% of which were from sputum,the next was secretion,accounting for 18.3%.meticillin resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) was 73,accounting for 70.2%,meticillin sensitive staphylococcus aureus(MSSA) was 31,accounting for 29.8%.The sensitive rates of MRSA and MSSA to vancomycin were all 100%.MRSA had multi-resistance to antibiotics that commonly used clinically,to Penicillin,Oxacillin and Ampicillin,the rate of antibiotic resistance of MRSA was 100% respectively,the resistance to Ciprofloxacin,Erythromycin,Gentamicin,tetracycline,SMZ-TMP and Rifampicin of MRSA was 83.6%,84.9%,86.3%,97.3%,20.6% and 47.9%.The resistance to Penicillin,Ampicillin,Erythromycin,Gentamicin and Clindamycin of MSSA was 96.8%,87.2%,74.2%,35.5% and 38.7%.CONCLUSION S.aureus isolated from clinic has multiple resistance to commonly used antimicrobial resistance,especially MRSA strains,different treatment protocols should be chosen according to the drug-resistant characteristics of isolated strains.
