摘要
工业是开发区经济发展的主动力,了解和掌握开发区工业企业用地集约利用程度,有助于指导产业布局,提升开发区竞争力。本文选取辽宁省朝阳经济技术开发区内各工业企业用地为评价单元,以2008年为评价时点,采用熵权法计算指标权重,最后得出工业企业用地集约度介于1.71~152.30%,各企业用地集约利用程度差异显著,大部分工业企业处于粗放利用状态,土地利用还有很大发展潜力。今后应引进占地少、投资强度高的工业项目,并建立有效的监督机制,严格控制企业用地,不得圈占土地搞"花园式工厂"。
Industry is the primary power of economic development in the development zone,it is helpful to direct industry layout and improve the competitive forces of the development zone with measuring industrial enterprise land intensive utilization degree in the development zone.We select each industrial enterprise land of Chaoyang economic and technological development zone as the evaluation unit and the valuation date is 2008,calculate the weight of indexes by using the entropy method,the results of the assessment are between 1.71 % and 152.30 %,the intensity levels varied a lot,most of all are in the state of extensive use,there is great potential of the land use,the development zone should introduces the industrial project that covers less area and high intensity,establishes effective supervision mechanism,controls the enterprise land use strictly,forbids to make "the garden factory".
