摘要
"低碳城市"意指较低(更低)的温室气体(二氧化碳为主)排放。本文介绍循环经济理论,并对发展循环经济提出了更为深刻的认识,从而建立了发展循环经济和低碳城市的关系。
Ecological City is an intensive human settlement which contains the harmonious development of society,economy and nature,efficient use of material,energy and information,full integration of technology,culture and landscape.It can exploit the potential of human and nature,residents have physical and mental health,and ecology is persistently harmonious.This paper introduces circular economy theory,proposes a profound understanding of developing cycle economy,furthermore,and expatiates on the relationship between circular economy and ecological city.
