欧洲荚引种及繁殖技术的研究

Study on Introduction and Propagation of Viburnum opulus L

2005年秋季,我们从乌鲁木齐植物园引进欧洲荚,经过4年的引种驯化、繁殖培育,对其植物学特性、生物学特性及繁殖技术等方面进行了系统的试验和研究。结果表明:欧洲荚适应性强、喜光、耐寒、抗旱、耐贫瘠、易繁殖、无病虫害;欧洲荚的繁殖以嫩枝扦插为主,于7月上旬选择半木质化枝条剪取插穗,速蘸1000×10-6mg/mL的GGR生根促进剂,生根效果最佳;播种繁殖为辅,即秋季采种后进行种子发芽越冬处理,于4月初进行温室播种;欧洲荚养护管理容易,适当的修剪造型,可以促进开花、结实,提高观赏效果,适宜在东北地区推广应用。

Viburnum opulus was introduced from Urumqi Botanical Garden in the autumn 2005,after four years introduction and domestication,breeding to cultivate its botanical characteristics,biological characteristics and breeding techniques and other aspects of the system test and research.The results showed that： Viburnum opulus adaptability,photophilous,cold-resistant,drought-resistant,poor soil-resistant,easily progenitive,no pests and diseases;Viburnum opulus cuttings propagation to shoot mainly in early July to select the semi-lignified cuttings clipped,rapid root dip 1000×10-6mg/mL of GGR accelerator,the best rooting;seed breeding,supplemented,or autumn winter Seed germination after treatment,greenhouse planting in early April;Viburnum opulus easy maintenance and management,modeling proper pruning can promote flowering,fruit,and increase aesthetic effect,promote the use of suitable areas in the Northeast.
