摘要
AFLP(扩增片段长度多态性)是一种基于PCR的高分辨DNA指纹分析方法,是一种新的DNA分子标记技术。与其它标记技术相比,它具有相对便宜、简便、快速、可靠的优点。本文阐述了AFLP的原理、技术关键,及其AFLP目前在植物学方面的研究进展。
Amplified fragment length polymorphism(AFLP) is polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-based marker with high-resolution for the rapid screening of genetic diversity.It is a new DNA fingerprint technology.Compared with other markers,it has relatively inexpensive,simple,fast,and reliable advantages.This paper describes the principle,key technology,and its Investigative Progress of botanical aspects in AFLP.
