摘要
铝箔轧制油由基础油和添加剂组成,通常基础油占93%左右,是轧制油的主要成分,对铝箔轧制生产工艺及产品质量具有很重要的作用。从基础油、添加剂的性能入手,对1 550万能铝箔轧机轧制油的选用、理化性能指标控制及日常管理进行阐述。
The lubricant used for aluminum foil rolling mill is composed of basic oil and additives.The basic oil takes usually 93%,it is the main content and plays an important role in the rolling process and for getting quality foil.The choosing principle,physical parameters and management of the basic oil and additives used for 1 550 aluminum foil rolling mill have been introduced.
