摘要
目前我国标准中尚没有6063铝合金T52状态型材的力学性能规范,而美国ASTM、AMS的有关标准中对6063-T52铝合金型材力学性能的最小值至最大值的范围有明确规定。在生产出口型材过程中有时出现型材质量不稳定的情况,为此,试验研究了时效工艺对6063-T52铝合金型材力学性能的影响。结果表明,(140±5)℃4 h和(185±5)℃2.5 h两种时效制度处理的型材,能够达到ASTM、AMS有关标准中规定的力学性能要求。
There is not mechanical property specifications of 6063-T52 in the domestic aluminum standard recently.But in the United States ASTM and AMS standard the minimum and maximum mechanical properties of 6063-T52 can be found.The quality of our export aluminum profile does not stable sometimes.Therefore,the effect of aging processes on mechanical properties of 6063-T52 has been investigated.The results show that two aging processes can make our 6063-T52 aluminum alloy profile accord with demand of ASTM and AMS.The aging processes are(140±5)℃ with 4 h holding and(185±5)℃ with 2.5 h holding.
