摘要
采用尺度独立的分形参数表征粗糙表面,修正气体的雷诺方程,研究滑块轴承中气体薄膜在稀薄效应和粗糙度耦合作用影响下的压强分布、承载能力及承载力的主流向位置。结果表明:由于粗糙度的影响,气体轴承内的压强分布具有非线性特征,承载能力也不会简单地增大或减小,但承载力的主流向位置会变大。
A mathematical model of gaseous slip flow in micro gas bearings was analyzed incorporating effects of surface roughness,which is characterized by fractal geometry.A modified Reynolds equation incorporating velocity slip boundary condition on the rough wall was developed.Numerical solutions of pressure distribution,load carrying capacity and its streamwise location were obtained for various slider bearing configurations under the coupled effects of rarefaction and roughness.The results indicate that the pressure distribution in micro gas bearing displays a nonlinear state as a result of the effects of surface roughness.The roughness does not purely result in the increase or decrease of load carrying capacity of the gas bearing,whereas it could result in the increase of the streamwise location of the load carrying capacity at larger inverse Knudsen number.
