摘要
针对水轮发电机组主轴密封中端面密封的工况条件,对端面密封的密封材料进行选择,对密封结构进行初步设计,并通过水压启动压力试验对设计的端面密封的结构和参数进行优化。设计的端面密封进行实际装机试验,证明通过启动压力试验设计的端面密封产品完全满足水轮机的主轴密封中端面密封的使用要求。
According to the working conditions of face seal in hydraulic turbine-driven synchronous generator main shaft seal,the material of face seal was selected,the structure was preliminary designed.By face seal starting pressure test,the structure and parameters of the designed face seal were determined.The optimal face seal was tested in the hydraulic turbine-driven synchronous generator.A good seal effect was achieved,which proves that the designed face seal meets the requirements of practical usage of the main shaft face seal.
