乙酰泽泻醇B与洛伐他汀对大鼠降血脂作用的比较

Comparison of antihyperlipidemic effects between alisol B acetate and lovastatin

目的观察乙酰泽泻醇B和洛伐他汀对高血脂模型大鼠的影响。方法给予大鼠高脂饲料15 d,造成高血脂大鼠模型,测定灌服乙酰泽泻醇B和洛伐他汀后高脂模型大鼠甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)等指标。结果乙酰泽泻醇B能极显著地降低大鼠血清中的TC、LDL-C。结论乙酰泽泻醇B具有明显的降TC和LDL-C作用,但无洛伐他汀降血脂作用强,可作为泽泻药材质量控制的对照物。

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of alisol B acetate and lovastatin on hyperlipademia rats,and develop Alisma orientalis based on the pharmacodynamics.METHODS The model of hyperlipidemia in rats was established by abundant fat feeding for 15 days.The contents of TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C were determined after given alisol B acetate and lovastatin by oral gavage.RESULTS Alisol B acetate could reduce the contents of TC,LDL-C in rat serum very obviously.CONCLUSION Alisol B acetate has regulative effect on TC and LDL-C,but not match the lovastatin.Alisol B acetate may detect in Alisma orientalis.
