接骨草的两种提取物对小鼠的抗炎镇痛作用

Study on the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of two kinds of Sambucus chinensis extracts

目的研究接骨草水提物及醇提物的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法采用最大给药量评价接骨草两种提取物的急性毒性;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、醋酸致小鼠扭体法、热板致小鼠足痛法研究两种提取物的抗炎镇痛作用。结果接骨草的两种提取物均能明显抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀;明显对抗醋酸致小鼠扭体次数;明显延长热板法试验中小鼠的舔后足时间。结论给小鼠灌服接骨草水提物及醇提物未见明显毒性,两种提取物均具较好的抗炎、镇痛作用。

OBJECTIVE To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of two kinds of Sambucus chinensis extracts.METHODS The maximum dosage was used to appreciate the safety of two kinds of Sambucus chinensis extracts,ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene,writhing body induced by acetic acid and the hot-plate test were used to study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of two kinds of Sambucus chinensis extracts.RESULTS Two kinds of Sambucus chinensis extracts could inhibit ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene,inhibit the writhing body reaction induced by acetic acid and increase the mice pain threshold induced by hot-plate.CONCLUSION Two kinds of Sambucus chinensis extracts had anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and no toxicity symptom was found by ig the maximum dosage of two kinds of Sambucus chinensis extract.
