药物临界相对湿度与溶解度的关系 被引量:6

Relationship between critical relative humidity and solubility of drugs

摘要 目的探索药物临界相对湿度与溶解度之间的关系。方法以24种药物及化合物为模型,采用平衡空气法测定临界相对湿度,参照药典方法、重量法或查文献得溶解度。结果当溶解度以正负离子总质量摩尔浓度表达时,药物临界相对湿度与溶解度呈线性负相关。结论药物临界相对湿度与溶解度存在线性关系,可相互估算。 OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between the critical relative humidity(Hcr)and the solubility of drugs.METHODS The Hcr of 24 drugs and chemicals were determined by air humidity in equilibrium method.And their solubility were determined with titrimetry or gravimetry,or obtained from literatures.RESULTS A negative linear correlation was found between the Hcr and the solubility when the solubility was expressed as species molality.CONCLUSION There is a negative linear correlation between the Hcr and the solubility.One factor can be estimated according to the other.
